Using a count of records in the Report Header

I am trying to use a variable to give me the number of records chosen so that I can display it in the Main Report Header.

I have a running total "RecCount" that is a basic count of the records selected. How do I get it displayed in the report header and not the footer?

Subreports are not used in this report.
