using a context login to ldap through asp

Does anyone know how to pass login information to ldap/AD to force a contexted login instead of contextless through an asp page? I cannot 'select' the department field so I'm wondering if it's a rights issue. I wanted to pass the login info for my 'administrator' account to see if that would let me see the field I need.
