Using a 3660 8 interface router to give DHCP addresses to 8 different

Can someone tell me if I Can assign different pools to different interfaces? Cisco docs are bad. I get how to do the DHCP(basics) and routing and manual assignments but I need to know if I can use the 3660 as a DHCP server for all 8 segments.
