Hello: We have a server that has Windows Server 2003 installed on it. We are using VMWare 1.03. What we're trying to do is use BOTH physical network adaptors, however, VMWare won't let us choose what physical network adaptors we want to use when setting up the virtual machine. So when our VM boots up, even if we've set up two virtual network adaptors, it uses the same physical adaptor. Basically, we're trying to set up a web server that is using a crossover cable to connect directly to a database server, while the other network connection connects to the world. Thanks!

you need to create a new virtual switch bound to the host's second physical adapter. Then go back to the guest session and you will have an option in settings to pick a vswitch
