Hi,

is there anyway we can make 2 or more computers act as one??
that means i can have a few computers linked together and they are able to process and work as though there is only one computer there??

Please advice thanxx alot.

Do a Google on clusters. It's not the easiest thing to do though. What is it you plan to use this for?

I think it is easier to just get a new faster computer.

Upgrade city.

There were some people at a University in the US that made a super computer buy using a whole bunch of Play Station 2 gome/computers. This is not an easy subject to just dive into. It requires a special Operating system and additional hardware.

ceh4702 - yes, and it's much easier to fly over a mountain in an aeroplane than it is to climb the thing!

Linux clustering is demanding - but satisfying once you've got it working. Just because YOU got it working.

:)

If this is just a hobby thing - then good luck and have fun!

If it's for a business purpose, then I agree with the upgrade advice.
