Our users, who use Windows 98 or WinME at home, are unable to open programs from the client desktop. Everyone else using Win2k and WinXP has no problems.
Could this be a terminal licensing problem? Or is this a compatibility issue caused by the older operating system.
1. User Logs Into Citrix
2. Double-Clicks an icon to open a program.
3. A dialoge box opens that states, for example, "connecting to outlook" with a status bar.
4. When that window closes, nothing further happens.
