users with multiple email accounts

We have several users with multiple email boxes/accounts (user@domain1.com, user@domain2.com, user@domain3.com). Basically, the user has several accounts with the exchange box assigned to each account. The user has send as permissions and when he/she needs to send email as a the user@domain2 one he/she selects the desired account in from menu.

We need to hide most of the accounts/email for the same user and only leave the interoffice one. however, when we hide the accounts, the user looses capability to send as the hidden account.

i will appreciate any advice on hiding the accounts from Global List without impairing sending capabilities.

Is the SendAs right explicitly set on the AD account security or do they just have the Full Mailbox Right?
What version of Store.exe are you running?
