User's webaccess account not sending mail

Hey everyone,

I am having a problem that involves just one user and their webaccess box. This user is not able to send email to either outside addresses or in-house addresses through webaccess. However, when checking their in-house groupwise box, they are able to send just fine.

This webaccess box is fine for reading and recieving emails. It is just when this user repsonds or creates a new message that it does not send.

I have run a gwcheck, no errors. I have also ran an analyze fix to no avail. We run GW 6 and webaccess 6.0.

Other than re-creating this users mailbox, I am at a loss for ideas. Any help is appreciated.
 
What is selected under Tools/Options/Security/Send Options in the "Select a security service provider"? If it is "Base Microsoft Cryptographic Provider v1.0" change it to "Enhanced Microsoft Cryptographic Provider v1.0" and see if it has any affect. This is only a stab in the dark.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, the Enhanced Cryptogrphic Provider is already set by default.
