USERS WANT MULTIPLE EMAIL ADDRESSES

The corporation I work for consists of two companies. Each company has it's own Exchange server and its own SMTP address, such as ABC.com and DEF.com. Our companies are connected by a site link. The sales force sells the products of both companies and due to company name recognition wants to have an email address for each company. Users can be set up on each Exchange server to accomodate this, but that creates duplicate entries in the GAL and two places for them to go and check mail. Does anyone know of a way to set the salesmen up in one container and have mail sent to each email addresses go to the one container?

We do something simular only we just have 1 exchange server. We add several e-mail accounts a@abc.com & a@def.com in the "E-mail address" tap in exchange admin. You will have to specify a default return-to address. Hope this helps.
