Ok i have a customer with a ACS r7 they say callers complain they cant hear them.This only happens on ext 10 thru 18. Replaced processer a year ago . Now they are complaining about same problem.Anyone come across same problem? Possible back plane problem?

Have you tried swapping any of the telsets? Or tried just the 509 module by itself? Does the problem follow the sets or the module?
