Users unable to read usb data devices

We have add users from workgroup to domain and gave them powerusers rights on pc's. Some of them are now unable to read flash drives and some other USB devices. It detects the device but is unable to read from it. Only Administrator can read the data.

 
Have you enabled any Group Policies that could prevent this? Are you using SBS or SBS R2? What service pack level are you at?

No i have not enabled any GPO for that. SBS 2003 SP1.
 
Check settings in the default policy.

I have checked the GPO's but cant find anything. It's just a few XP Pro SP2 pc's that's unable to read from flash drives since i have joined them to the SBS domain.
Perhaps i must check this with the XP forum.
