users to send via distribution mailbox

Hi Guys, im not great on exchange as you can probably tell from my other threads. in our office we have 3 users who need recieve emails from a distribution mail box. info@ourdomain.co.uk. the directors would now like them not to send out via there personal email address but via the info@ourdomain.co.uk, is there any way of doing this.

You can assign a default "send from" address in the users profile. Just add the info@domain.com address to their profile and set as default (default is the bold address)
