I have a Win2K PDC and some workstations running XP Pro. Here is the problem:
I have applied Group Policy on a OU, when a user that belong to that OU logon from XP client the GP don't work on it. Not GP for XP computer.
I' don't know if I have to configure somthing else in XP because it's new to me.

Usually you don't need to configure anything on the Xp machines.
Go to your GPO and click properties, check the "security" tab and
make sure the "Read" and the "Apply Group Policy" checkbox is
checked for the group to which the user belongs.

that is,
if the user belongs to the "Sales Representatives" group,
you have to add that group and check the read and apply
checkboxes for that group.

It's me again. I was re-reading your post:
are you saying that ONLY the clients running
XP doesn't get the policy applied?
What about clients running other OS's,
do they get the GPO applied?

just confusued. ;)
