Server: Windows 2003
Clients: Windows 2003 Pro
Printers: HP LJ 3800 & HP LJ 4250 (latest drivers)
Issue: User's printers drop while in terminal session
I had user log off and log back in. I then stopped and restarted spooler service. Had user print from his machine and the tst pages worked. Checked the drivers on client's pc and they matched the servers versions. I am able to connect and my printers work fine. Loaded his printer onto my machine and it works fine. Had user reboot machine and pritners were there. He said that he will lose the printers and then they will come back again later. I don't see anything in the server logs that show any sign that the printers are being dropped or disconnected. Wondering if anyone else was having same issue.
