User's Phone Auto Answers

I hope someone can give me a quick solution.

A user said he was going through his phone manager and somehow applied a setting that answers his line automatically. I've looked through IP Office Manager and Phone Manager as well as the phone's menu itself and could not find anything that relates. I've googled also, but could not find anythign referring to this issue.

I actually just found internal auto-answer within the phone's menu under Features-Call Settings. I'll see if that does the trick
