Users not checking voicemail

Hi everyone.

We have a hunt group with queuing enabled that has voicemail enabled. The members of the hunt group will get a light on their phones if there is a voicemail present in the hunt group. I just found out today that there are bunch of voicemails that were never checked. How can we make people chek the voicemail for this hunt group? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Voicemail Ringback

if you activate this for your useres whenwever they have a VM (Personal or group) when the finnish a call the VM will ringthem to present the MSG.
 
That is what I thought but was not sure how to set it up. Any other ways?
 
To setup tick Voicemail ringback in the users Voicemail tab
ad H<GroupName> to source numbers if not already set.

The other solution is a cricket/baseball bat to the back of the head of anyone ignoring the Group VM.

Bet if it was a sales group you would not have that problem!
