Users nit syncing in voicemail pro 11.1.011

Hello,
I upgraded ip office server edition from 11.0.4.4 to 11.1.0.1 and when I login to voicemail pro client version 11.1.0.1,the users on the ip office server edition do not populate in voicemail pro client.
Any causes and any solution to this effect?

In system status,do you see voicemail pro is connected? If not, make sure you're using the same voicemail password and firewall is turned off for testing.
