Users need admin rights to run apps, but we don't want that 1

We successfully push apps to XP clients. The apps install and run. However they will only run when an administrator is logged in. We want these machines locked down, so the apps only running as admin isn't any good. So far this is happening with MS Viso, AutoCAD LT, and Snag-It.

You should start with a little investigation. What is locked down. Try using tools like filemon and regmon to identify the permission issue. Then you can determine where your problem is.
