Good morning all ,
We have noticed that more and more users are "Muting" their phones without realizing it.
We caught on to the fact that they are , with out knowing, holding the * key too long which puts their phones on mute.
Even though the screen shows that they are on mute, the users don't pay attention to it and put in tickets that their phones don't work.
1. Is there a way to remove that mute function from holding the * key too long?
2. Aside from holding the * key to mute the phone, what other shortcuts or key button shortcuts are there ?
Where can I find them?
3. I purposely held the * key long to mute my phone then tried to find if my phone was on mute via an AMO command ( Actda) but I did not see my phone on mute.
Is there an AMO that will allow us to see the phone on mute and remove it so that we don't have to run all over the hospital each time it happens?
Thanks,
Have a Blessed day to all.
Eric
