I have a left handed person whose mouse configuration changes back to a right handed mouse when using Citrix.
Any ideas on why this may be happening???

Thanks.

You probably have to configure his Mouse configuration on the Citrix server as well.

I logged in on all of our Citrix servers as that individual and configured the mouse for a left handed person. I was guessing that this information was stored in their profile. They informed me that this worked for a few days and then returned back to a right handed mouse configuration. Any ideas??

That's strange, why would it change back? I can't think of a reason why it would change back.

I do have a few questions though..
How many Citrix servers do you have?
Are you using Roaming Profiles?
Does the user have access to the Control Panel? Dave Namou, MCSE CCEA

It really is strange...
We currently have 5 Citrix Servers.
We are not using roaming profiles.
The user does not have access to the Control Panel.

Thanks...

Well, at this point I guess I would try to change them again on all 5 servers...Maybe you could even set the security permissions in the registry to "read only" so that no one can change it but you...

The registry key is
HKCU\Control Panel\Mouse\SwapMouseButtons
0=Right Handed
1=Left Handed Dave Namou, MCSE CCEA

I will give this a try and let you know how it turns out.

Thanks for your help.
