I have a few remote users that are having problems. There local drives (C$ D$)are not being mapped, so they cannot access or save files to there drives.

Thanks For the help in advance.

When the ICA client is installed there is an option to disable access to local drives. If this was checked then the only way round the problem is to re-install the ICA client.

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!

There is an option in AD to map client drives is it checked for the problem users?

You CAN change the client security settings after it is installed.
When they are connected have them click on the little ICA icon on the top left of the session window and choose "Client Security Status" and change it to "full access" and "don't ask me again".
