Hi,

I am setting up a coverage path that rings a coverage answer group, then after 4 rings goes to a different coverage answer group, then 2 rings goes to another group and then voicemail.

I have this working but I need the people in the first group to continue ringing when it goes to the second group.
For example: in group 1 I have numbers 5000 & 5001 and group 2 has 5000, 5001 & 5002. When group 2 rings only 5002 rings the other two stop. According to my Avaya support guy this is supposed to work but I'm wondering if anyone else has any ideas?

Thanks,
Gareth

Not possible.

Once the phone system rings an end point, it will ignore subsequent programmed instances within the same call path, the thinking apparently being that no one answered the first time, there is no need to try again.
