Well I've got my server set up all nice, routing and remote access on, all machines are able to connect to net by logging on the local pc and using the domain and what not, but what I can't figure out still is users.
What I basically want is 2 groups I think it's called. One for me and one for other household members. For both I want access to all network printers, storage, other computers shared files, internet (adding domain to the server), full access to internet and stuff. The only difference between the 2 is I want one to have full access to everything basically (kind of like an administrator), and the other to be a bit more limited (be able to install programs and stuff, but not change configurations, as people who use my other PC's aren't too computer smart, and I normally come home to at least one machine not working because someone clicked something they shouldn't have).
I also need to know how to set this up properly. Is Active Directory Users and Computers the correct place to be? I'm still new to the whole users and domains bit, but I really want to get something like this going .
Thanks for any help.
