Hi,
I'm looking to find out if there is a relatively easy solution to an audit we are about to complete. Essentially, what is required is a list of all users, the groups they are associates with (bearing in mind it may be more than one) and the folders they have access to (again, bearing in mind hat it may be more than one).

Is there a simpler solution to this than manually checking each and every folder's permissions?

Thanks

James

You can try SharePoint SUSHI on codeplex - I haven't used it in a while, but I think it tells which sites users have access to and its free -
If you are able to invest some money, ControlPoint by Axceler is a great tool. It also does much more than just user auditing.
