Users getting kicked out of outlook

Certain users are getting kicked out of Citrix when they are in outlook for no apparent reason. It usually happens when they are in the middle of typing an email.

Have any of you ever ran into this problem?

We are running Metaframe 1.0 and Outlook 2K

To clarify, are you saying that the entire Citrix session gets dropped with no error messages while using Outlook?

It could be a file access problem. Try using Filemon

and recreating the scenario to see if this is the case.

I assume that you have configured timeouts on client connected sessions. This would drop their connection if they were working in Outlook or whatever...else check service pack levels on Outlook (obvious) else check the printer driver that each disconnected user has...there may be a link as I found out when some of my users starting using an oddball printer driver the other day.
