users getting booted back to Citrix login

We have a Visual Foxpro app running on our Citrix farm. The app stores the users perferred printer. The printer name is validated before printing. According to the docs on the command we are using to gather available printers:

"Visual FoxPro obtains the names of the installed printers and their ports from Windows."

It appears that the app is crashing on this command with a Dr. Watson error.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what this command might be trying to do that is invalid? Or something we could change on Citrix to fix this problem?
