Hi guys, new to the forum, I'll give a brief rundown of my problem..
I am a new IT support guy for a office running goldmine
I use the master account and the guys just general access, no deletion or merge and purge etc..
My problem is that my users often have problems with editing the contacts details, they need to do this so that the secretary can see the necessary information.
To be specific they cannot edit any fields... Sometimes this happens, Then I must log in and they do it under my account, which of course is not ideal...
