Users display name in exchange 2000

Hi everyone,

How can I manually change the display name for a specific user. Ex. When we send out a message from support@domain.com we would like the display name to say (<company Name> support)? By defathe user accounts first and last name comes up.

You should be able to change this in the properites of the user account (support).... Under the general tab, display name.
