Users complaining of slow web browsing.

One of our customers is running SBS 2000 Server, It has been running great for a year and a half, For the last week or two the users have been complaning that the web and OWA are slow. We are new to ISA so not sure what to check. The clients are set with there gateway and proxy settings pointing at the server. We have been keeping an eye on the task manager but not seeing anything there. Has anyone else had this problem.

Just a thought...

It may be an issue with the PCs, primarily spyware. It can slow your machine to a crawl, sometimes even crash.

I use Spybot Search & Destroy and AdAware.

check the order of the publishing rules put Owa publishing first.

tune the cache..

Try restarting your DNS Service on your DNS server.
I don't know why this works, but it helps without fail on my network.
In fact, I am searching now for why this works...
