Users CMC rights 3

Just realised that setting up a user to use ePortfolio automatically also gives them the ability to log into Crystal Management Console. Now its not a problem generally as they can only see the folders they have rights to, and they don't seem to have many priviledges to mess things up, but they can go to Manage Users and see a complete list of users created on the system.
Our client confidentiality requires that we don't advertise which other clients we work with. So for ClientA to know that we are also producting reports for a rival ClientB is definitely a problem.

Is there any way to not let users log into CMC, or to limit what they can see once they are in?

We restrict access to the CMC page through the IIS setup.

The directory for CMC is crystal/enterprise9/admin whereas eportfolio is crystal/enterprise9/eportfolio

Good idea - I have changed the default directory to the eportfolio one. Now no-one can get into CMC over the web which is defintely a good thing. Admins here can all dial in from home and get to it that way instead.
