Users can't view archive - Groupwise 6

We just instructed our users how to archive emails and some of then are losing their archives. It's a simple thing to archive so I don't understand the problem. Once I try and show them. I can see the archive I did, but I can't see any from the users. Their saving the archives to the c:\ drive. Any suggests? Thanks!
 
Are they getting any error messages?

Ask the users to archive something while you watch, they may just be doing somthing wrong and blaming the system for the problem. Brent Schmidt CNE, Network +

Hello,

I can archive something from the users desktop but I don't know what they did because I can't see their stuff.
