Users can't create new public folders

Hi all,

I have given the security group full control over a branch in the public folder tree, but the users still cannot create new folders. What can I be doing wrong?

I can create folders just fine in the manager, but the permissions it should inherit from the root folder are not showing up, so I also have to set folder permissions each time.

Can anyone help?
