Users cannot print to HP Jetdirect Printers

Im using solaris 9 with HPPI installed for the HP jetdirect printers.
This is obviously a permissions problem but everything seems fine in that regard. Its only these network lasers my users ( primary group 10 )cannot access, but according to solaris the prints to these lasers all finish successfully.
Users can print to line printers connected through terminal servers no problem.
I'm hoping someone has had a similar problem with this particuar application because SUN have no solution to this either.

Try doing an lpshut then /usr/lib/lpsched... This will stop and restart the lp daemon.

I have just sorted the problem and its related to the .jpui directory under the users home directory which had the wrong permissions set up it. After I changed the permissions to 777 on this file all worked fine.
