User A shared his address book with user B. User a address was set to view lname, fname and user b address book viewed fname, lname. When user b added an entry to user a address book the entry would show the lname and fname in a different location. the helpdesk synch both address book for both user a/b, after the synch the user b wasn't able to view user a address book. I did the following, 1. un-shared the address book. 2. I ran a structure contents on both users. 3. I also, ran a structural rebuild for both users and user b still can't see user a address book. I'm working with novell on this. any suggests?
