Users Can not see all postings in a public folder

this one is driving me nuts. We have a pulblic folder that a few users post info in that is read by other people witin the company. Since we migrated from exchange 03 to 10 some users including myself can not see every post within the public folder.

i have checked all the permission within the folder. there are 15 people who can post and only delete their own.

i am at a loss, why can i and other peole NOT see some postings within the folder? for example "jeff" can see a posting made by "Mary" on Sunday, but i can not see it or any postings by "Mary"

for me i am listed as one of the owners for this public folder so i have everything. I can not see postings from "Mary" but a user who has just "View", "Post" and "delete own" can see postings from "Mary
