Users are printing multiple copies by default

Systems:
Metaframe XP/FR1 Service pack 2 installed (FR2 not enabled).

Problem:
When some users log in and try to print (from any application) they are getting their number of pages to default to 47. I have noticed several posts about this happening on citrix's forum...but of course there is no solution. Has anyone else dealt with this situation or seen a solution regarding it? Please contact me or post it if you have!
