Users Able To BYPASS Login Box on OWA

Help!! Running Exchange 2000 with OWA. After a user is logged in, they may be able to type another username/inbox in the address bar to get other users inboxes. Is this a configuration problem, or does a patch need to be dowloaded?

It shouldn't unless the user has an exchange or administrator priviledge.
