Usernames & Passwords

I was creating a database for inventory tracking. Microsoft just added a new template that fits my needs. I do need to add access for only a select few (all IS department). How do I add usernames & passwords? I also would need this to have a way to reset the passwords if someone forgets their password.

How can I do this?
