Good morning all,
I'm in the middle of trying to roll out my first Autoupgrade task using Epo. I want the P.C.'s on my network to copy the files required from a central server on the network. Whenever I try to set this up whatever I put in the Username field has a / in front of it when it gets to the desktop, i.e. if I put administrator in Epo the desktop gets /administrator. I've tried putting the DomainName/Username combo but all I get is /DomainName/Username. Obviously when I look at upgrade.txt file it has a "username not found" error. Anyone any ideas ? This is driving me up the wall.
Many Thanks....Mac

If there is an extra "/" in front of the domain\username field, you will need to put in a request through Network Associates' PrimeSupport web site for a VirusScan Hotfix to resolve this issue.

At the time I submitted my request, I received Hotfix 33, but I believe there are higher hotfix versions that incorporate that fix.
