Hi, I have a secure database that around 9 people use. I was wondering if there's a way that I can set it up that if say 'UserA' logged into the DB, that it would only enable txtOne on the form? And if 'UserB' logged in, it would only enable txtTwo? As far as I can tell, this can only be done using the NetworkID UserName, but was wondering if it was possible via the Access login.

To use the Access login, use the CurrentUser() function, rather than the network login (Environ("UserName")).

See the Access helpfile topic
CurrentUser Method
for more info.
