Username and Password

I am using Frontpage Ver3. I was trying to publish a webpage to a website, it seemed to take sometime, and then asked me for a username and password. As I have never used a password in Frontpage I clicked okay with a blank password. But the username/password will not go away/ Any ideas.

Secondly, the Frontpage extensions have already been activated on the site, can I not use FTPFree to upload. The domain site says DO NOT USE FTP, only publish with Frontpage as it will break Frontpage extensions. Can someone explain/confirm. Many thanks

Don't worry. I dumped the old Frontpage version 3, using newer one it works. Thanks
