You might try using the undocumented command
"wadminep xxxxxxx send_file fffff ddddddd"
where xxxxxx is the endpoint_label
fffff is the filename of the file
ddddd is the destination directory
Note. try it on a non-critical endpoint first. Al walker - "always on the edge"
