Userinit.exe - Application Error

Hi Folks, How are you doing.
Since this morning, I'm receiving the following error message in my system.

The error message says:

The instruction at "0x0081ede0" referenced memory at "0x00000ba0". The memory could not be "read"
Clic OK to terminate the program.

Unfortunately, that is an "Application Popup" error with an ID of 26 and is of very little help in resolving the problem.
