Userform title bar issue

Using EXCEL97. I think this may be tricky but ... does anyone know if its possible to either

a) remove the title bar from a userform or

b) embed an image (jpg, gif etc..) into it (along with normal text)

Suspect if above is possible that WIN API needs to be used but would welcome any suggestions.

in the userform properties change the caption
leave it blank if you wnat it empty

Dunno if it's possible to remove the entire caption from a userform but try this link - it's got a zip file that promises loads of fun wuth Excel userForms. Might help
