Userenv 1000 and SceCli 1202 HELLLPPP!!!!!!

I am getting the following messages listed together in the application log of my windows 2000 DC every 5 minutes.


The Group Policy client-side extension Security was passed flags (17) and returned a failure status code of (1208).


Security policies are propagated with warning. 0x4b8 : An extended error has occurred.
Please look for more details in TroubleShooting section in Security Help.

I have tried all of the things found on the web to no avail. can anyone point me in the right direction.

The error codes are different in this article and I had checked the default domain policy anyway. Thanks for you help though...
