One of my clients called a few weeks ago to tell me that one of their users (User1) sometimes doesn't receive mail addressed to her. After a whole bunch of trial and error, I determined that it happens whenever another specific user (User2) is also included in the recipient list. User2 receives the messages just fine.
Internal and external mail are both affected.
The environment is SBS 2008. Exchange 2007 SP1. User2 was out for awhile and her email was being forwarded to User1. User1 was also granted "Send on behalf" rights for User2. Both of these settings were changed back when User2 returned to work.
I suppose the next thing I should try is to update Exchange to SP2. Any other ideas?
