user without permiossion to install software?

Hi,

I want to create an account in windows2000 professional that doesn´t let the user to install any software. Is this possible?

It's very easy. Go to Control Panel -> Users and Passwords and create new User (Add user). Follow the wizard and when you come to the Group Membership just select Restricted User option. Thats all.
