Any one of you noticed that when a user has multiple IX-workplaces installed and connected to IP Office, that when that user is on a call with one of the IX-Workplaces, the busy status of that user is not set to Busy?
Seems fair since he heas multiple workplaces enabled and therefor is available. But on the other hand, the user is on a call and therefor busy.
Is there a way to change this behaviour?
