As per the title, I'm looking for help finding a suitable phone for one of our users. They currently have a BT Converse 2100 handset, but are struggling with the weight of it, so I was just after some help in finding something better for them.

I've done a search on google, but I'm drawing a blank, so if anyone has a similar situation who could shed some light, that would be really appreciated!

Thanks,

Jon

Maybe you could find them a headset to use instead of lifting the handset every time.

I had thought of that and did suggest this, but unfortunately it's not a viable solution. Don't really want to get into why it's not, but the person is going to need a handset. I'm just struggling to find any websites that cater for anything other than people who are hard of hearing or vision impaired.

A lot of the new handsets actually have a weight inside them. If the handset comes apart you might very well find a weight inside of it you could remove.

Ah right, that's good to know, I might see if I can take it to pieces... Think I'll practice on a spare one first!
