My company uses CRM 4.0. We are having a problem when creating appointments. We have some users who are also contacts. The problem is that when a user (who is also a contact) creates an appointment with another user it defaults him as a contact. This causes the appointment to not show up in his calendar. Right now the work around is to make sure people are aware that they are being added to the appointment as a user not a contact. Is there any way to fix this problem? Somehow make the user default as "user" rather than "contact"? Any information would be greatly appriciated.
